Hertex Haus Fourways is a commercial building that offers dynamic office and retail spaces. In the initial stages of the design process, Zuckerman Sachs Architects collaborated with THORARCH to present the exterior street elevations for client approval. The construction has now been completed, and the building is fully operational, serving Hertex Haus and its clientele.
